Our Petition
The Birmingham Ice Skating project has now begun collecting signatures of people believing that the city shouldn't be the only major city in the UK without an ice rink. We are doing this for two reasons:
- to ascertain whether the Birmingham community would like a new ice rink
And
- to show the Council and potential investors that there is appropriate demand
We aim to collect 20,000 signatures, although we will always be aiming higher. Once we've reached our initial goal we'll take the petition to Birmingham City Council to show them the support behind our project, and hopefully gain approval and possibly investment.
